| The Heart Institute’s founder, Dr. Ravinder Bachireddy, introduced cardiac care to Deep East Texas in 1982 and, with fellow cardiologists Dr. J.S. Chandra, Dr. V.R. Kovvali, Dr. K.L. Hudson, Dr. M.M. Khan, and Dr. G.R. Khoshnevis, Dr. C.K. Mani and Dr. C. Gill, the Heart Institute has been instrumental in making Lufkin a regional center for cardiovascular care. |
